At Passport to Pasta, each trip is thoughtfully customized and planned with care, time, and expertise. Please review our refund policy carefully before booking.

Itinerary Planning Fee

All itinerary planning fees are non-refundable.
The $250 planning fee secures your spot in my calendar and covers the time, research, and expertise required to design your custom trip. Once planning has begun, this fee cannot be refunded under any circumstances.

Trip Payments & Cancellations

Refunds for trip components such as flights, hotels, and excursions are subject to the individual supplier’s cancellation policies. These policies vary by provider and destination.

Travel Protection

For your peace of mind, travel protection is included with all trips. This coverage may protect you in the event of unforeseen circumstances such as medical emergencies, trip interruptions, or covered cancellations. Any eligible reimbursements are handled directly through the travel protection provider, not Passport to Pasta.

Changes & Modifications

Changes to your itinerary after booking may result in additional fees depending on the nature of the request and supplier policies.

By submitting payment for the itinerary planning fee and/or trip, you acknowledge and agree to this refund policy.
